These Terms are the agreement between you and the gg2 team ("gg2", "we", "us") for using the gg² app. By using gg2 you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use gg2

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live). If you are under the age of majority in your location, you confirm that a parent or guardian permits your use of the app.

2. What gg2 is

gg2 aggregates publicly available trending news topics and turns them into short, structured explainer cards — a one-line summary, background, what different sides are saying, what remains unverified, and links to sources — to help you understand what is happening at a glance. gg2 is an aid for understanding the news; it is not a news wire and not a substitute for reading the original sources.

3. AI-generated content — please read this

The explainer cards, summaries, and other written content in gg2 are generated automatically by artificial intelligence from public news material, and are labeled as AI-generated in the app.

AI-generated content can be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or one-sided. It is for quick reference only. It is not professional advice of any kind (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise) and is not fact-checked journalism. For anything that matters, verify the facts through official or authoritative sources before relying on them. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

You must not remove or obscure the AI-generated label on any card, and you must not use gg2 to create or spread content that is unlawful, or that you know to be false, in a way meant to deceive others.

4. Your account

You can browse and follow topics anonymously using a device-generated identity, or sign in with just an email address using a one-time code — there is no password. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone who can read it can request a sign-in code for your account. Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Delete account).

5. gg2 Plus subscription

gg2 is free to use with a limited number of explainer cards per day (the current limit is shown in the app). gg2 Plus is an optional paid subscription that removes the daily limit and unlocks the additional features shown on the Plus screen in the app.

gg2 Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, offered with monthly, quarterly, and yearly options. The price of each option is shown in the app before you confirm your purchase and may vary by region and currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly. We may add, change, or remove Plus features and may change prices; where a price change affects a renewal, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before it takes effect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

scrape or access gg2 through automated means outside the app's normal use;
bypass or interfere with rate limits, quotas, or other security or anti-abuse mechanisms;
attack, probe, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful; or
otherwise misuse gg2 in a way that harms us or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, proportionate to their severity.

7. Intellectual property

The gg2 app, its design and code, and the curation and arrangement of the explainer cards belong to the gg2 team or its licensors. The underlying news headlines and source articles referenced in the cards remain the property of their original publishers; gg2 links to and credits sources rather than claiming ownership of third-party reporting. You may not remove or alter source attributions.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

gg2 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the gg2 team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of gg2 — including reliance on AI-generated content or outages of the third-party providers we depend on. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer-protection right you have.

9. Apple's EULA and governing law

For any subscription or purchase you make through Apple, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) — apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula — also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms in respect of that purchase, Apple's EULA governs. Nothing in these Terms takes away the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live. If you run into a problem or a dispute, please contact us first at support@gg2.guru — we will try in good faith to resolve it directly before any formal proceedings.

10. Changes to the service and these terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of gg2 for product, security, or legal reasons, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will note material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use gg2 after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the app and delete your account.

二、gg2 是什么

gg2 聚合公开的新闻热搜话题，并将其整理为简短的结构化解读卡——一句话摘要、来龙去脉、各方观点、尚待核实的事项以及来源链接——帮助你一眼看懂正在发生的事情。gg2 是理解新闻的辅助工具，不是通讯社，也不能替代阅读原始信源。

三、AI 生成内容——请务必阅读

你在 gg2 中看到的解读卡、摘要及其他文字内容，均由人工智能基于公开新闻材料自动生成，并在应用内标注为 AI 生成。

AI 生成内容可能不正确、不完整、过时或片面，仅供快速参考。它不构成任何形式的专业意见（财务、医疗、法律或其他），也不是经事实核查的新闻报道。对于任何重要事项，请先通过官方或权威渠道核实后再加以依赖。你应对自己如何使用 AI 生成内容负责。

你不得移除或遮挡任何卡片上的 AI 生成标识，也不得利用 gg2 以意在欺骗他人的方式生成或传播违法内容或你明知虚假的内容。

四、你的账户

你可以使用设备生成的身份匿名浏览和关注话题，也可以仅用一个邮箱通过一次性验证码登录——无需密码。请妥善保管你邮箱的访问权限，因为任何能读取它的人都可以为你的账户请求登录验证码。你的账户仅限本人使用，不得共享、转让或出售。你可以随时在应用内删除账户（我 → 注销账号）。

五、gg2 Plus 订阅

gg2 可免费使用，但每日可阅读的解读卡数量有限（当前上限在应用内显示）。gg2 Plus 是一项可选的付费订阅，可解除该每日限制，并解锁应用内 Plus 页面所示的其他功能。

gg2 Plus 是自动续订订阅，含按月、按季与按年三种选项。每种选项的价格会在你确认购买前于应用内显示，并可能因地区与币种而异。
费用将在你确认购买时向你的 Apple ID 收取。除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将按相同周期、以届时价格自动续订。你可以随时在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理订阅或关闭自动续订。
购买与退款均依据 App Store 条款由 Apple 处理，我们无法直接办理 App Store 退款。我们可能新增、变更或移除 Plus 功能，也可能调整价格；若价格变动影响某次续订，Apple 会通知你，并在法律要求时于生效前征得你的同意。

六、可接受的使用

你同意不从事以下行为：

在应用正常使用之外通过自动化手段抓取或访问 gg2；
绕过或干扰限流、配额或其他安全与反滥用机制；
攻击、探测或以其他方式试图破坏本服务或其基础设施；
上传、发布或传输违法、侵权或有害的内容；或
以其他损害我们或其他用户的方式滥用 gg2。

对于违反上述规定的行为，我们可按与其严重程度相称的方式暂停或终止相关访问权限。

七、知识产权

gg2 应用及其设计、代码，以及解读卡的编排与呈现，归 the gg2 team 或其许可方所有。卡片中引用的新闻标题与来源文章仍归其原出版方所有；gg2 对第三方报道的做法是链接并注明来源，而非主张所有权。你不得移除或篡改来源署名。

八、免责声明与责任限制

gg2 按「现状」和「现有」状态提供，不附带任何明示或默示保证。我们不保证本服务不中断、无错误，也不保证 AI 生成内容准确。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，the gg2 team 不对因你使用 gg2 而产生的任何间接性、附带性、特殊性或后果性损害，或任何数据或利润的损失承担责任——包括因依赖 AI 生成内容，或因我们所依赖的第三方供应商发生故障而造成的损失。本条款中的任何内容均不限制依法不可限制的责任，也不影响你所享有的任何强制性消费者保护权利。

九、Apple EULA 与适用法律

对于你通过 Apple 进行的任何订阅或购买，Apple 的标准《许可应用最终用户许可协议》（EULA）—— apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula ——同样适用；就该等购买而言，如其与本条款存在冲突，以 Apple 的 EULA 为准。本条款不会剥夺你所在国家/地区强制性消费者保护法赋予你的权利。如你遇到问题或发生争议，请先通过 support@gg2.guru 与我们联系——在进入任何正式程序之前，我们会本着善意尝试直接解决。

十、服务与条款的变更

我们可能出于产品、安全或法律原因更新、暂停或停止 gg2 的某些功能，也可能不时更新本条款。重大变更会在生效前于应用内公示。变更生效后继续使用 gg2，即表示你接受修订后的条款；如果你不同意，请停止使用本应用并注销账户。
